When an introduction leads to a new Skyway management appointment, you may be eligible
for a referral commission.

How it works
1. MAKE THE INTRODUCTION
Connect us with a developer or professional contact who may benefit from Skyway's Body Corporate expertise.
2. WE'LL TAKE IT FROM THERE
We'll discuss their development, provide practical advice and prepare a management proposal tailored to their requirements.
3. MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT SECURED
When an eligible introduction results in a new Body Corporate management appointment with Skyway, the referral is confirmed.
4. YOUR REFERRAL COMMISSION IS PAID
Eligible referrals may receive a commission of up to 10% inclusive of GST, subject to the referral terms.

From the initial conversation to establishment and ongoing management, we'll ensure your client is supported by people who understand Body Corporate management and the local property landscape.
What qualifies?
Our referral programme is designed for new Body Corporate management opportunities involving developments that are between 9 - 30 units.
For developments delivered across multiple stages or releases, referral commission applies to the first eligible stage or release only.
To qualify, the introduction must be made before substantive discussions regarding Body Corporate management have commenced with Skyway.
The referred development must not already be managed by Skyway or be an active opportunity within our existing pipeline.
