About Skyway

Skyway Body Corporate was established in 2003 as we saw the need to improve and lift the professionalism in managing Properties under the Unit Titles Act.  In preparation for the Unit Titles Act in 2010, Skyway divested its Property Management Business, to focus on specialising in Body Corporate Management. 


Skyway manages a range of Residential and Commercial Properties, as well as a number of Lifestyle Villages. Our properties are located mainly in Christchurch, but also Selwyn, Waimakariri  and South Canterbury. All of our team live in these areas, and our connection to our local communities influences our approach to work - infusing it with accountability, care, and a focus on the long term.


In recent years following market changes and increasing requests, Skyway is also now managing Residents Associations & Societies.


Skyway continues to adapt and intends to remain a specialist Canterbury Manager  for all types of Multi-Unit and Shared Ownership structures.

Come and Meet Us

Kate Williamson - Director & Body Corporate Manager

Kate is experienced in Risk, Asset Management and Insurance, having previously held senior roles at IAG and Auckland Council prior to Skyway. Kate manages developer relationships and select parts of the portfolio.



Anna Gardner - Body Corporate Manager

Anna has over 10 years experience as Body Corporate Manager including working for other Body Corporate Managers, as well as managing her own investment properties. Anna looks after the majority of Skyway's portfolio.



Shirleen Lee - Finance and Administration Manager

Shirleen is experienced in NZ, as well as with Strata Titles in Australia, she previously owned and managed her own motel. She is a guru in all complex aspects of Skyway's behind the scenes operations and insurance, and manages the other admin staff.
